Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) is an anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibody and can be used for the research of type 1 diabetes[1].

Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) has a dose-dependent accumulation and a half-life of about 1.5 days[2].

Otelixizumab targets the ε-chain of the CD3 T-lymphocyte surface receptor, which facilitates the activation of the autoreactive T-lymphocytes responsible for beta cell destruction[2].

MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.

RC攀爬的TRX4真有那么好嗎? - 知乎切換模式寫文章登錄/注冊RC攀爬的TRX4真有那么好嗎?茶客熊貓教育行業(yè)里的RC模型愛好者個人觀點不左右新老模友,純閑談之舉。我入RC攀爬坑有幾年時間了,主流的SCX10和TRX4都擁有過。在2017年以前,Axial的SCX10系攀爬應該算是一個主流,RC4WD的仿真也有一定市場。后來,大廠Traxxas出了Trx4路虎衛(wèi)士,一下子打破了以SCX10車架為基礎的RC攀爬市場的格局,讓差速、門橋等優(yōu)勢性能充分發(fā)揮在了1/10RC攀爬車上面,吸引了無數的模友。四年了,TRX4在1/10RC攀爬屆還是如雷貫耳,但它真的很好嘛?好和不好,主要還是看怎么玩RC攀爬主要分兩種:仿真和性能。仿真,硬殼的細節(jié)明顯比軟殼有優(yōu)勢;而性能,輕量化車身或者管架結構絕對比繁瑣的差速功能和高重心的門橋更有優(yōu)勢。就憑這兩點,我個人不認為TRX4有多么優(yōu)秀。車殼:會有人說授權的路虎、福特Bronco、雪佛萊、奔馳大G等等是有非常多的仿真細節(jié)在。這一點是很難得,因為拿到授權本身就是一件不容易的事,更何況在有限的比例里面增加細節(jié)。但是細品起來,就會發(fā)現這些殼子的比例是有些怪的:比如路虎D110,車身長度比例是差很多,即便324mm軸距也是有一些短車身;又比如福特和雪佛萊的車身高度和輪子直徑的協調程度有些失真;門橋大G和田宮的大G相比,一眼就看出哪一個更接近真實比例。車身流線和拐角等細節(jié)和一些其他廠家的軟殼相比,還是相差一段距離。不想提車殼重量的問題,因為這和性能掛鉤,那么那些認為車殼重的玩家完全可以根據軸距換殼子,當然也就不存在再對原廠殼的細節(jié)關注了,就會轉移到車殼和車架的匹配程度。車架:在2017年的時候是一鳴驚人,門橋與差速幾乎成了一個標志性的產品象征,MST的cfx-w在此之前出的門橋幾乎無人問津,因為沒有差速嘛。無數短卡、平跑、電越都是差速,但不是攀爬啊!所以RTR三千多,炒到四千也有,都希望能擁有這新的牛B的產品。加上那一年Axial的代工廠變動、產品質量下滑等因素,讓TRX4把經典的90046幾乎打得無法還手,成為所謂的“天下第一”。這個稱謂一直到今天還有調侃。從此國產廠家看到商機,開始開發(fā)OP件,無論是仿真還是性能,都在開發(fā)針對TRX4的OP件。說到這里,然后再細想一下,針對TRX4車架OP的“內容”好像打破不了它現有的格局:用電機前置OP套裝,其重量增加并且噪音增加;用金屬門橋但是是為了增加橋下配重還是增加美觀呢?為了性能的提升好像也就梁下配重起了一些作用。但是車架的格局還是一樣,2017到2020,除了一個TRX6橫空出世,TRX4還是一樣的格局。質量不錯,結實,膠件好,差速,門橋,功能多,娛樂,對了,娛樂性強,讓這一個四年不變的車架成為一直火到現在的“天下第一”,車殼一年可以變很多種但靈魂還是那個T4,我想說的是:這不是產品的進步,而是營銷的功勞。玩:裝一車仿真心情件出去穿越,時不時拉拉速度,飛個小破?調整配重,優(yōu)化性能,時不時去爬個山、攀個巖?軟殼換個硬牧馬人,覺得太高再換個避震,覺得不協調再換個殼?各種避震各種姿態(tài)調整拍個視頻?挺好,也就這些吧,OP的件越來越多,內飾、燈光、心情等等可是還是一樣的墨守成規(guī)一成不變的TRX4。也許我有短卡、有拉力、有平跑,所以我認為每一種車都有她應該有的玩法吧,那么一個車有多種玩法的話,那是個什么,跨界車?之前看過一本書叫做《斷舍離》,算是一種生活哲學吧,我覺得也可以用在“玩”上面。而TRX4就像是“全都有”“都能玩”“想怎么玩就怎么玩”的綜合體:娛樂至上!也許就是因為TRX4各方面都不錯,才會失去了進步的空間,原地踏步的天下第一可能只活在自己的優(yōu)越感里,也就沒什么想象力了。最后,我覺得,TRX4也就那樣吧,曾經有用,不會再有。沒了想象力,也就沒了追求,沒了興趣。-完-by 茶客熊貓原創(chuàng)作品,侵權必究。發(fā)布于 2020-05-22 13:49遙控模型路虎興趣?贊同 34??12 條評論?分享?喜歡?收藏?申請

On conventional rigs with the limited gear reduction in the differentials, motor torque is applied to the frame to the point of twisting you right off the rocks. Dual-Fit Battery Tray

TRX-4’s dual-fit battery tray offers extreme flexibility when choosing batteries. For extended run times, the large upper tray accommodates a full-length 5000 mAh 3-cell LiPo or 7600 mAh 2-cell LiPo. A hinged battery strap provides quick and secure battery mounting without pins to lose in the field. The innovative strap flips over to adjust for different height batteries. A smaller integrated tray accepts smaller Traxxas batteries (that fit our 1/16 scale models) for increased forward weight bias.

TQi 4-Channel Radio System

TRX-4:這款帶差速鎖的攀爬車值不值得買?

Traxxas旗下的首款TRX-4出來已經有一段時間了,對于這款攀爬車的介紹也已經很多了。那么我們就不多BB了,直接講重點!

本篇評測我們主要從TRX4的外觀、機械結構、電子設備和實用體驗四個方面入手,重點介紹大家關心的、感興趣的細節(jié)。評測文章將不定期更新,想要提問的小伙伴也歡迎插樓提出你想了解的問題。(PS:我答不上來或者不愿意回答的除外)TRX-4簡介

先簡單介紹一下這款車,TRX-4是TRXXAS出品的第一款攀爬車,主要特點是采用門橋結構,并且?guī)в星昂蟛钏冁i,齒輪波箱則是采用了兩檔變速。

遙控器則是采用的跟大S(SUMMIT大腳車)相同的TQ-i,按鍵基本說明如上圖所示。

外觀部分

TRX-4的車殼采用的是經典的路虎衛(wèi)士D110造型。

金屬噴漆的外觀從遠處看仿真效果倒是非常不錯。(PS:這是在不考慮門橋的前提下,因為路虎衛(wèi)士真車沒有門橋。)

但是近看的話就不行了,畢竟TRX-4的車窗、門把手和油箱蓋等細節(jié)都是貼紙,想要達到以假亂真的地步顯然是不可能的。

不過燈組倒是做到了這一點,要是不仔細看真以為TRX-4配了燈組。但實際上里面就是一張貼紙,連燈杯都沒有。(關于燈組的安裝我們在后面在做教程)

當然,也不是所有的都是貼紙,至少輪眉、行李架、涉水喉這些東西是實體,做工也還不錯。

特別是輪眉和內部的擋泥板,采用的是類似硬橡膠的材質,在保證密封性的同時韌性也非常不錯,在側翻的時候不容易損壞。

車身結構

TRX-4的車身整體結構如上圖所示:車體大梁采用全金屬C型鋼架,前懸架為Panhard Link(止推桿)結構,后懸架采用4 Link(四連桿)結構,車橋為門橋并配有差速鎖,避震長度(上下安裝孔間距)為90mm,輪轂為1.9寸塑料輪轂。

Panhard Link直譯為潘哈德結構,是一種三連桿+止推桿的懸架結構,這種結構對于車橋的受力橫向偏移可以提供拉扯穩(wěn)定作用,但是在扭腰環(huán)境中,不正確的調教會導致一些負面效應。

車橋在垂直運動的時候,我們可以看到紅線和藍線的距離明顯不同【視圖1】,但是實際拉桿本身是物理鋼性長度不可變化的【視圖2】,所以車橋的實際運動軌跡是從左上到右下的弧線運動。舵機拉桿同樣的道理,因為物理鋼性長度不變,舵機中位扭力鎖死,唯一可以活動的就是轉向杯,所以出現了自動轉向的問題。而這種問題在真車上則是通過一個轉向橫拉桿調節(jié)的正負差值阻尼器進行修正。

從上面兩張圖我們可以看出,TRX-4避震壓縮前后車架與車橋相對位置變化不算太大,避震壓縮時的自動轉向也不是很明顯。在止推桿的設計和調校上,TRX-4做的還算比較不錯。

后懸架的4 Link結構就不需要特別介紹了,就是普通攀爬車的四連桿結構。

↓門橋結構↓

TRX-4的車橋為比較有特色的門式車橋,并且這款車橋還帶有差速鎖。

門橋結構我們很久以前在做MST CFX-W這款車架的時候就已經說過了它的一些具體特征,這里就簡單說明一下。門式車橋其實有兩種,一種是烏尼莫克們的高位門式車橋,也是TRX-4這種結構的門式車橋。這種門橋增加了一級輪邊減速器,將車橋的橫梁和橋蛋的高度變得更高,以達到增強通過能力的作用。(上圖為烏尼莫克及其門橋的基本結構)

還有一種是公交車用的低位門式車橋,這種車橋的作用主要是降低車輛重心,提高車輛穩(wěn)定性,同時使用這種車橋的公交車與普通公交客車相比,具有上車時沒有臺階,一步就進入車廂等特點。

回到正題,TRX-4的門式車橋采用與烏尼莫克門橋相似的結構,拆掉車輪我們可以清晰的看到門橋輪邊減速器的結構特征。采用一組齒輪的輪邊減速器與車橋通過螺絲相連,拆掉螺絲即可對門橋齒輪部分進行維護。TRX-4的門橋結構拆裝也非常方便,除了結構相對簡單以外,輪邊減速器與半軸采用大間隙配合也是重要的一個因素,但是大間隙配合同時也會帶來車輪曠量變大的負效應。

與MST CFX-W那款門橋不同,TRX-4的門橋輪邊減速器沒有采用負向外傾角的“外八字”設定,輪胎與地面呈垂直狀態(tài)。一般來說,正外頃角的設定有較佳的靈活度(輪胎呈“\ /”狀),而負外頃角具較穩(wěn)定的直進性(輪胎呈“/ \”狀)。

TRX-4的前橋輪邊減速器結構與后橋相同,除了增加轉向結構以外,其他變化不大。從上圖我們還可以看到TRX-4的前橋帶轉向杯帶有主銷后傾角,這種結構除了模仿真車以外,也有利于車輛的保持直線行駛時的穩(wěn)定性。

↓絞牙避震↓

門橋的結構相對于普通直橋而言,扭腰性能會差一些。如果想要提高扭腰性能,最好的辦法就是使用更長的避震。TRX-4的避震長度約85mm,并不算太長,扭腰效果一般,畢竟這車本來就不是給你用來扭腰的。

如果想增加扭腰,按照前面說的方法增加避震長度也是可以的,但是這會帶來另一個問題。由于增加了避震長度,底盤必定會升高,同時車子的重心也會升高。在這種情況下,避震的鄉(xiāng)下孔的安裝位置就成了改善重心的關鍵。但是TRX-4的避震上安裝位因為內襯的關系,沒有多余的備用安裝孔,避震不能在往上移,所以如果要更換長行程的避震就只能將避震下安裝孔往下移。

另外,TRX-4的原廠避震阻尼調校相對較硬,這樣做的好處是能夠進一步減少軸效應,再加上差速器的設定,所以TRX-4的軸效應幾乎可以忽略不計。

阻尼較強的避震油跟較軟的彈簧搭配,再加上較重的車身,所以TRX-4在越野路面行駛時的姿態(tài)表現還是非常好看。但在避震伸展階段時,這種組合就會使輪胎脫離地面,降低整車的牽引力(造成這種原因的還有避震的行程太短)。

↓差速器結構↓

TRX-4的車橋除了門橋結構以外,另一大特點便是采用了差速鎖的設定,拆開橋蛋外殼之后我們可以清楚的看到他的內部結構。

拆掉中間的軸承我們可以清楚的看到差速鎖止鎖機構工作的過程。

TRX-4的差速鎖主要是差速器主體和止鎖結構兩部分組成。

差速器的作用主要是在向兩邊半軸傳遞動力的同時,允許兩邊半軸以不同的轉速旋轉,滿足兩邊車輪盡可能以純滾動的形式作不等距行駛,減少輪胎與地面的摩擦,同時減小轉向半徑。

由于差速器允許車輪以不同轉速轉動,所以當車子在越野的時候,有差速器反而是壞事。比如說,當一個車輪打滑,那么動力也通過這個打滑車輪釋放掉,差速器另一側的車輪便會失去動力。

↓兩檔波箱結構↓

TRX-4的波箱位于電池倉下面,所以想要拆解波箱,首先我們得拆掉電池倉和電調。

TRX-4的波箱采用兩檔波箱(跟大S波箱相同),電機部分與波箱主體通過一個單獨的箱體組合在一起,更換齒輪或者在拆主波箱的時候還需要先分解這個箱體,操作上會比較麻煩,分動箱與減速箱則是采用的一體式設計。

左側為大S波箱,右側為TRX-4波箱,兩者在機械結構上完全相同,箱體外部細節(jié)則主要根據底盤做了一些適應性修改。

拆開波箱殼我們可以清晰的看到內部的齒輪結構。

TRX-4檔位切換的關鍵在于套筒與輸出軸齒輪之間的嚙合狀態(tài)。當切換到高速檔的時候,套筒與輸出軸左側的小齒嚙合,輸入軸的大齒帶動輸出軸的小齒運動,輸出較快的轉速和較小的扭矩,同時輸出軸右側的大齒輪處于滑動摩檫狀態(tài);當切換到低速檔位時,套筒與輸出軸右側的大齒嚙合,輸入軸的小齒帶動輸出軸的大齒運動,輸出較慢的轉速和較大的扭矩,同時輸出軸左側的小齒輪處于滑動摩檫狀態(tài)。但是這里有一個問題,由于套筒的材質為尼龍,雖然又有非常不錯的韌性,但是總的來說不如鋼結構穩(wěn)定,在換擋的時候很容易因為劇烈的沖擊造成套筒炸裂。而且在經歷長期摩擦之后,尼龍件的配合間隙也會不斷增大,這也會導致整個傳動系統(tǒng)存在非常大的曠量。(雖然鋼結構也存在這個問題,但是相對于尼龍件而言,鋼結構的能夠保持更長時間的合理配合間隙。)

電子系統(tǒng)

TRX-4的主要電子設備均采用全防水的設計,具體配置如上圖所示:2075X轉向舵機、2065差速鎖/換檔舵機、21T 550有刷電機、TQi五通道接收機、XL5 HV電調和格氏11.1V 3S 57.72Wh青訓版電池,硬件配置與大S有著諸多相似之處。

TRX-4的舵機為2075X全防水數字舵機,相比2075舵機而言,2075X舵機最大的變化便是采用了金屬齒輪。其他方面則沒有明顯的區(qū)別,最大扭力仍然是125盎司(約3.66千克),舵機響應速度為0.17秒/60°。

2075X舵機配合前橋的轉向結構,TRX-4能夠實現非常小的轉向半徑。

TRX-4差速鎖和換擋舵機都是采用的2065舵機,這種小舵機采用全防水設計,最大扭力0.9g,響應速度0.2秒/60°。

TRX-4的電機為21T的TITAN 550電機。

TQi五通道接收機則是位于防水盒內。

雖說是TRX-4說的是全防水,但實際上裝接收機的設備盒只能防濺水,設備盒蓋子和接縫處的密封并沒有達到能夠防浸水的程度。

TRX-4的電調為XL5 HV防水電調,最大支持3S(11.1V)鋰電池,并且具備全防水能力,還擁有低電壓檢測和制動功能。與傳統(tǒng)的電調不同,XL5 HV電調的電源開關與電調主題整合在了一起,電源開關位于電調外殼上(如圖所示),對T廠不熟悉的玩家可能找半天都找不到開關在哪里。

另外這款電調還專門分了一個JST電源插頭出來,方便為電調加裝散熱風扇。

TRX-4的電池倉長158mm,寬46mm,能夠支持最厚23~26mm的鋰電池。

而我們用于評測的這臺車則是采用的格氏3S 11.1V 57.72Wh的青訓版鋰電池,放在電池倉剛剛好。

但是我們這款電池的插頭為TX60,所以想要跟TRX-4進行匹配的話還必須增加一截轉換接頭,當然也可以將T廠的插頭直接改成TX60的插頭。燈組的安裝TRX-4的原裝車殼是不帶燈組的,也沒有燈杯。只在在燈組的安裝位置準備了塊粘著貼紙的板子。就這種純粹的塑料板子其實拿來裝燈組效果并不是特別好,畢竟沒有燈杯好看,也不具備聚光效果。想要安裝燈組的小伙伴可以另外單獨購買副廠的燈杯自行改裝,如果想在這種塑料板子的基礎上改進行不行呢?答案當然是可以的,過程也不復雜,就在貼紙中燈珠的地方,根據燈珠的直徑打眼就行了。什么?沒有打眼的電鉆?用電烙鐵啊,只不過打眼之后需要對周圍進行處理一下,不然可能會影響燈珠的安裝。打眼之后試試效果,還是可以的。因為沒有采購額外的燈杯,所以燈珠也沒辦法采用比較優(yōu)雅的固定方式。膠水!簡單粗暴,但是很有效。這里膠水可以選擇502或者AB膠,推薦使用熱熔膠,因為熱熔膠相對比較好拆卸。燈組裝完了其實還有非常重要的一道工序——理線,如果像這樣亂糟糟的堆在一起,不管是車殼拆裝還是視覺體驗肯定都不爽。理線其實就是將長線截短,不夠長的線加長即可,具體操作可以視情況而定。這里主要是將過長的線從中間剪短了一截,然后再套上熱縮管,用電烙鐵量兩根線連起來,這樣子處理之后車殼內部的走線就會簡潔很多了。燈組安裝好之后的效果,跟原裝的貼紙比起來效果還是要好那么一丟丟,開燈效果可以看文章后面的評測視頻。

總結

總的來說,這款攀爬車作為一個成品車模,無論是在可玩性還是做工上都非常不錯,外觀也非常好看,畢竟是車模大廠,生產出來的東西自然不會差到哪里去。成熟的生產加工工藝和合理的車身結構設計,使得TRX-4的整體結構非常拽實。

在操作手感上,TRX-4可以說是非常不錯的。定速巡航、差速鎖和兩檔變速的設定,使得TRX-4能夠適應多種常見的行駛環(huán)境,可玩性也非常強。

在硬件配置和調校上,TRX-4也延續(xù)了大T的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),調校也更接近于大T的標準。但是因為底盤和車輛比例、尺寸的限制,TRX-4即使配備了門橋,也沒有大T的通過性好,甚至于普通攀爬車相比也存在一些明顯的劣勢。

TRX-4較重的車體重量也是造成它通過性能變差的重要因素。Axial的切諾基的軟殼大概是224g所有,Killerbody的LC70也才709g,而TRX-4的車殼足足有897g的重量。再加上2903.8g重的底盤,這車重量達到了3800g(含電池),這個重量對于攀爬車來說屬于相當重量級的選手。由于大部分重量都在車橋以上,再加上門橋的作用,所以造成了TRX-4的重心相當高,增大了翻車的概率,對于攀爬比賽也是非常不利的。

在攀爬愛好者所熱衷于玩耍的場景中(比如攀巖、爬陡坡),這款定位于“攀爬車”的車模,在越野、攀爬能力上顯然不如Axial這種攀爬專業(yè)戶給力。但是在亂石堆、隔 壁、泥濘等坡度平緩但路面狀況糟糕的場景,TRX-4能夠發(fā)揮出他的門橋和動力優(yōu)勢很快脫困,在這點上也是非常值得肯定的。它或許不是一款專業(yè)的攀爬車,但是它絕對是一款可玩性非常高的攀爬車。

大家好,今天分享一下我的TRX4攀爬車裝車經驗,分享給想入手攀爬車的朋友們。一開始喜歡上這種攀爬車主要是因為它的仿真性強,無論是外觀還是姿態(tài)。起初也不知道什么品牌,就在購物網站上一頓搜索,發(fā)現了這全金屬車架的車,一下子就喜歡上了。

后來加入了天津本地玩RC的群,才了解到RC車的很多品牌和主流熱門車,然后喜歡上了TRX4這輛車,由于RTR版的路虎衛(wèi)士玩的人很多,感覺也比較貴,后來發(fā)現KIT版不錯,自己配個殼相對來說要便宜些,還能體驗裝車的快感。而后,選殼這個問題就開始發(fā)了難。

在頭條和RCfans里也找了很多關于TRX4 KIT配車殼的問題。由于KIT版擋泥板的阻礙,可以說沒有能直接套上的車殼。要不換避震架,要不就切擋泥板,我覺得有擋泥板顯得更仿真些,就沒有換避震架,進行了擋泥板的部分切除。下面是通過照片記錄的裝車過程,裝車很開心,分享一下:

裝輪轂擰這堆螺絲真建議有把電動螺絲刀,手擰的話,太慢了。

當初喜歡TRX4就是因為傳動波箱有高低速兩檔,而且前后都帶有差速器和差速鎖:組裝完前后橋就開始組裝車架,從大梁開始:

避震是出廠沒給有給灌油的,需要自己灌油,我是灌倒將近滿的位置,距離滿還有7、8mm吧:

傳動軸是塑料的,用起來也沒問題,有需要的可以自己OP,我用熱縮管都給包起來了,起個保護防刮花作用吧。

噴好的殼子,前保險杠沒用原廠的,自己單獨買了個金屬的,做工很不錯!

車殼也是要切一部分的,否則后面地盤會給車殼頂起來,如果不買皮卡,直接買切諾基的殼就不用切了!車燈和內飾也都布置好。

完工!車燈開最終也是接收機供電,買的Y線和第三通道控制線,舵機反相線,將兩個差速鎖舵機合成一個通道了!富裕出來一個通道給燈用。

Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) is an anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibody and can be used for the research of type 1 diabetes[1].

IC50 & Target

體外研究(In Vitro)

Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) has a dose-dependent accumulation and a half-life of about 1.5 days[2].

Otelixizumab targets the ε-chain of the CD3 T-lymphocyte surface receptor, which facilitates the activation of the autoreactive T-lymphocytes responsible for beta cell destruction[2].

MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) (100 μg/mouse; i.v.; once) results in durable disease remission dependent on transferable T cell–mediated tolerance in diabetic transgenic mice[1].

MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Animal Model:

BALB/c-huCD3e mice carrying the human CD3e chain[1]
